Weekend Reads #94

Friday, December 7, 2018

Hello everyone and hope you're having a lovely Friday!

Weekend Reads have been M.I.A. for ages now, but that doesn't mean I read and bookmarked any less than usual. Hopefully we can continue where we left off now. Without further ado, enjoy this week's reads! Oh, and this actually means not everything is fresh out of the oven, but I hope that it will be a good read nevertheless.

Radio Silence, Interrupted

Hello.

I haven't been around here much. Life hasn't been that generous and kind that it can be at times.

Another Link Stash

Saturday, July 7, 2018

Oh, hello there! How are you? How have been things going for you? This year is obviously the worst one in terms of me taking care of this lil online space of mine—I even let my domain expire before I paid for the renewal. But, here I am, and here we are. My time in New Zealand is coming to a close, and it's finally time to share some of my travels and impressions of the country with you! But before that, here's another enormous stash of cool links I wanted to share with you. Sorry if some of them are a bit old—don't get me started on that time I didn't have a computer because it broke. :) So... enjoy your weekend!

Link Stash for the Curious

Saturday, April 21, 2018

I was told some people missed my Weekend Reads. I missed sharing my finds as well. Sometimes I wouldn't read anything significant. Other times I just didn't feel like writing, but kept on reading. That's why I have a million links for you today:)

Do you bookmark things? I do. I bookmark my heart out. As a matter of fact, up to quite recently, I had 13 folders (!) and 54 subfolders. It is mad. I thought it was just a way of staying organized. But is it really staying organized if the majority of the subfolders are never being looked at again?

What I Enjoyed in 2017.

Sunday, March 4, 2018

I know, I know, this is old news and I might've published it in June as well... but, if you'll believe me, I have also enjoyed these things (or at least those I could have!) in these two months as well.

How to Make 2018. Better

Monday, January 8, 2018

I am always a bit sceptical towards those who claim to be "passionate about self-development". Self-development just sounds like a bunch of nothing, a bunch of motivational quotes without any true value, reminds me of NLP, and I have nothing good to say about that one.

However, by no means does this mean I am a stagnation proponent!

For a moment there I though I might be a member of a group that doesn't view self-development as a goal. But that is not true. Of course I want to be a better person than I was yesterday.

Happy New Year.

Tuesday, January 2, 2018

Hello, lovely people. I hope you're devouring all the nice food there is!

Happy New Year!

I spent the last day of the last year doing light housework (I thought I would vacuum the day after; I don’t know if this officially counts as light housework as well, but the vacuum cleaner in this house is hard to handle and I usually need a shower afterwards).
