A Post About Love

*This post was stuck in my Draft folder, even though it didn't deserve it. It didn't deserve it at all! I hope I can make it up to it by publishing it now.*

You know that teenage period, when Mr. and Mrs. Know-It-All seem to bother you so much? Stop surfing, You spend too much time in front of the computerGo to the shop, Study something, Tidy your room, What kind of a grade is this, You don't do anything at all, You're just watching television, get out sometimes, But you went out yesterday, what does it matter it's Saturday, You don't study at all, you're so lazy, When did you come home last night, Turn that volume down, Is this even music, blah, blah...

Yes, I guess we've all been there.

And then, if we were lucky enough, we moved.

Of course, we were still supported financially, but all of a sudden we could do what we wanted, how we wanted it and when we wanted it. If you didn't feel like washing the dishes, you might have just left them around for quite a bit - well, at least until you had no more clean mugs. (But chances are that you soon realised it's not a smart thing to do so you tried washing them at least once a day. Or in two days.)

The best thing that has happened to my relationship with my parents was me moving out. It was in Belgrade that I finally understood it was them I loved the most in the entire world.

Anyway, that is not why I wanted to write this post. :)

As you may have read, I kept complaining about the coldness in my room. I also didn't have any slippers because I was truly shocked by their price here in Finland. It seems that you can't have anything non-branded here... designer slippers? Thanks, but I DON'T need any. I just need something comfy and warm. So my mum promised to send me my slipper boots that would come quite handy here.

Not only she sent me the slippers, but also handmade wool socks that can be used as slippers too, and a bottle of rakija (Russians and Germans were crazy about it), and a jar of homemade ajvar

If love had a physical form, I'm sure it would be the package that came to Finland from Serbia.

I love you both! Volim vas, mama i tata :)
